🐐💚 JUST ONE OF THOSE GOOD DAYS 💚🐐

Today was just a GOOD day at Green Acres. 🥰

The girls in the store have seen SO many new faces today, and we’ve loved seeing so many families come through the doors and spend some time with us! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🐄

And the goats… well, let’s just say they have been LOVED on today! 😂🐐 We sell feed in the farm store, and those goats have definitely taken full advantage of their visitors. They are all fat, happy, and FULL tonight! 😂

There’s just something special about seeing families together, kids loving on the animals, and folks discovering our little piece of the farm for the first time. 💚

And all the interest the girls have been hearing and sharing today about FALL has definitely got us over here dreaming about 🍂🎃 FALL FUN ON THE FARM 🎃🍂! We may still be enjoying summer, but y’all are making it awfully hard not to start getting excited! 👀

Thank you to everyone who stopped by today — whether you’ve been coming for years or today was your very first visit. We appreciate every single one of you!

Fall Fun on the Farm is right around the corner, which means it’s time to build our Green Acres Fall Crew! 👩‍🌾🐄

We have several spots to fill this season, and we’re looking for people who are ready to work hard, have fun, and help us make Fall Fun an experience our guests won’t forget! 🎃

🐮 14 years & up — it takes ALL ages to make our festivals happen!

Since the girls decided to give us a little extra goods (aka MILK 🥛) this week, we figured we better put it to good use! 😂

So we turned that extra milk into TWO delicious favorites:

🌽🚜 FALL FUN IS GETTING A WHOLE LOT BIGGER! 🚜🌽

This isn’t just another load of lumber… this is the beginning of TWO MORE projects we’ve been working on behind the scenes! 😏

We’ve got TWO new pole barns going up at the Back Forty — one will house a brand-new attraction for the older kids 🎯🤫 and the other is going to give our pig races a whole new home and a much-needed upgrade! 🐷🏁

We’ve been busy getting everything ready for Fall Fun on the Farm, and there’s a LOT happening that we haven’t shown you yet.

We could tell you what’s coming… but where’s the fun in that? 😉

So for now, we’ll just leave you with a trailer full of lumber and curious minds! 👀

Yesterday was an interesting day at Green Acres! 📸🍦🐄

We had a photographer from Mississippi Farm Country out for a photo shoot for an issue coming out in May 2027! And y’all… this man came ready to WORK. 😂

He taught us the “correct way” to hold and place an ice cream cone for pictures (we knew we’ve been doing it wrong all these years 🤣🍦), and he even got right up close during milking time!

A HUGE thank you to all of our customers who happened to be here and participated in store photos, feeding animals, and helping us capture what a day at Green Acres really looks like. ❤️🐄 We’re so excited to see how it all comes together!

And if you happen to see him back at the store today, don’t be alarmed! 😂 If he didn’t get all the shots he needed yesterday, he may be back for round two.

But don’t worry — he will NEVER photograph you without permission. If he asks and you’re happy to participate, he’ll get your permission and add your name for the article.

We can hardly believe it, but our 2026 Fall Field Trip calendar is already almost BOOKED! 😳🍁

And a HUGE shoutout to all the teachers who come back year after year and already know to snag their dates early! ❤️ We’ve had some of our regular schools and teachers get their dates locked in before we’ve even really had a chance to announce fall field trips!
