Swart Farm Beef Farm For generations our family farm has raised Black Angus on beautiful fertile land in the Hudson Valley.

We follow family tradition, maintaining the high standards the farm has been known for. By raising a small herd and catering to a small customer base Swart Farm is able to offer consistently excellent Black Angus Beef from grass-fed and grain supplemented animals. The animals are raised on diet of grass, hay and all natural grain supplements for finishing and never fed hormones or antibiotics.
