Lili & I headed to eastern Wisconsin for a big part of her breeding journey, and I’ve been soaking up every minute! The long drive, coffee stops, and quiet conversations in between with my Gabriel… these are the moments that I will tuck in my heart.

So much intentional planning goes into responsible breeding, from health and temperament to thoughtfully strengthening generations ahead through careful genetic pairing. This is why we do what we do.

Now we wait and hope for little pups ahead. ✨

Our chickens are raised on open pasture using regenerative practices. They will average 5-8 lbs at the time of processing, providing plenty of high-quality, farm-fresh meat for your family.

All chickens are processed whole and professionally pressure sealed and frozen to ensure freshness and quality. Nothing is wasted, you receive the full bird. The cost per chicken is $25.00.

We’re excited to share that our next butcher date is coming up this week, which means fresh 100% grass-fed & grass-finished beef from our farm will be ready just in time for summer grilling! Pickup will be ready mid-April.

Our beef is flavorful and nutrient-dense, so you can feel good feeding your family. It is free from antibiotics, vaccinations, hormones, and GMOs.

All of our beef is professionally processed at Jenniges Meats, a USDA-certified processor, so you know your beef is handled with the highest quality standards. You’ll also have many options when choosing your cuts, allowing you to customize your beef exactly how your family likes it.

Frito + Betsy

Meet Betsy (the girlie on the right) a special girl who represents everything we love about thoughtfully planned genetics and the future of our program. 🤍 Her dad Frito is on the left. 🫶

Betsy is the daughter of our sweet Amelia (who recently retired) and our incredible stud, Frito. This pairing is one we are especially proud of. Frito brings in an entirely thoughtful lineage that we were so intentional about selecting. His addition marked an exciting step forward for us, as we continue striving to improve health, structure, and overall quality in every generation.

And Betsy… she is exactly why those decisions matter.

She carries her dad’s strong, athletic build and we’re already seeing that beautiful, blockier head begin to develop. From her mama, she’s inherited a gentle charm that just draws you in. Together, Amelia and Frito created something truly special

Her coat is absolutely stunning, with rich medium-gold feathering and a soft ivory underlay that makes her stand out in the most elegant way.

Betsy is available for placement in a Guardian Home, at 14 months of age. As she continues to grow and completes her health testing and certifications, we are hopeful she will one day become a mama in our program, carrying forward the incredible genetics she comes from.

This is why we do what we do, carefully selecting, planning, and pouring into each generation so that families receive not just a puppy, but a truly exceptional companion.
