Heads up, deer hunters:

This year we’re making a hard call: we won’t be processing whole deer anymore. Our retail side of the business has grown a lot, and with the amount of deer trimmings we get in, we can’t do whole deer processing justice alongside everything else going on at the retail side of things.

We’re not stepping away from venison, though — we still want your boneless trimmings for sausage, and we’re adding more options for you to choose from that we’re excited about. We’ll be updating the website in the coming week.

To everyone who’s brought in their whole deer to us for processing over the years — thank you. It’s been a real part of this business for a long time.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
