We’re excited to take this next step with Harmony Health and make good, nourishing food more accessible, simple, and enjoyable.
We’re creating Harmony Boxes to help take some of the guesswork out of planning meals. Each box will include the ingredients and recipes you need for two dinner options, two breakfast options, and a selection of snacks; all thoughtfully curated by Harmony Health.
Our goal is to make it easier to bring good food into your home, try new things, and feel inspired in the kitchen without having to figure it all out yourself.
We’d love your input! Please share your preferences below so we can create Harmony Boxes that are better suited to what you and your family actually enjoy. Your feedback will help us shape the boxes and create an experience that feels useful, affordable, and exciting for our community.

We Mocked up a box. It had 4 meals, ideally feeding a family of 4 (2 dinner, 2 breakfast + two-3 healthy snack options) The total + shipping would be around $160+/- This was our initial test.
This is the initial survey to get feedback from our community. We do plan to make these boxes CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR NEEDS. As well as have a general box for meals, trying healthier option, learning what our store has to offer, and making supporting local small business easy.
