My ducks are in a row… kinda. 🦆😅

But these American Bresse chicks are off to a great start! 🐥

We’re raising them as a high-quality meat bird and working toward hatching our own chicks next year for a more sustainable farm-grown food source.

Happy birthday little babies! 🐣
So far five new little fluffy ducklings have hatched today with a few more left in the incubator. We love watching these guys hatch out from our ducks here on the farm. It is so special with the girls. 🤍

The gaggle is always up to something 🪿😂

The geese are endlessly curious about all the babies around here. We’re constantly catching them sneaking peeks at the ducklings and guinea keets. Last night, when the babies got turned loose in their run, the geese immediately showed up to investigate — loudly, of course.

We’re still not totally sure if this is friendship or just supervised chaos… but time will tell.

It’s exhausting being only a day old 🐣
We had 4 new babies from our ducks hatch this weekend and my oh my are they the sweetest 💕
