Today Red Maple Nursery was granted the Nursery Worker's License from the RI DEM. A plant inspection was preformed for pests and diseases. Following the inspection, the license was issued. This allows us to officially start selling the plants we produce on our farm. A ponca blackberry pictured below.

As you look around, you will see the Red Maples flowering. The Trees you see which are all red right now are Rhode Islands State tree the Red Maple. Its botanically know as Acer Rubrum. In the months to come the seeds will fall over the landscape.
