Well, it appears that Nola the female is probably pregnant…so she will have puppies in two months and then they will be weaned 6 weeks later. Nola will be available then and also her puppies.

Fully aware this is not a great photo but let me explain.

We have had trouble with a fox in the back. Caroline did chase it out once, unsure if she got it.. she had some blood on her when she got back.

Anyway we haven’t seen any sign of it so we decided to try again and got a mama Muscovy with 10 babies. They’re in a tractor now so they learn where home is but we were still a little worried because fox are sneaky.

That white blob is Caroline right by the tractor. She stayed all night and went right back to her post after breakfast. Literally the best LGD, she is worth her weight in gold!!

New addition to the farm. I have been wanting to get Muscovy ducks again!! We were able to get one beautiful hen and her 10 ducklings from Stay'N Put Farm
