Every bottle of Carreta de Oro starts long before it ever reaches the glass.
It begins in the fields, where mature Blue Weber agave is hand-harvested at peak ripeness. From there, it’s slowly cooked, carefully crushed, and naturally fermented to build depth and character from the ground up.
After double distillation to refine purity and balance, the spirit is shaped by time, resting in barrels that bring forward layers of smooth oak, warmth, and complexity.
From harvesting to bottling, every step is intentional. Nothing rushed. Nothing overlooked.
