Meanwhile, people don’t believe me when I tell them….at home? This is my boring dinner. Chicken, brown rice, roasted broccoli, black beans, green pepper n onions.

I will very happily eat this 4 nights a week. And I do. Unless I’m out Eating and Liking somewhere. Which i will be 2-3 times this week.

Popped in on the cast and crew at Local Coffee and Bagels on Wilmington Island this morning. They just opened last week. Full house. (It was….I just picked my spots for photos)

Lots of flavors, coffees as well. Go see ‘em. 216 Johnny Mercer if you are scoring at home.

The pictures aren’t sexy, but the burgers are fantastic. For those that know about the outstanding breakfast sandwiches at The Window on Tybee, you’ve got to try the burger. $13 (plus bacon and cheese).

A lot better than some of the $20 burgers you’ll get out in the wilderness.

I’m also told their Cinnamon Rolls sell out within an hour whenever they make them.

Butler at Tybrisa BEHIND King Neptunes. They close at 1pm.

Business at Farmers Market of Bluffton done (great to see everyone) a quick lunch pit stop at one of faves in the region. La Poblanita is about a 5 iron from the May River Circle Publix.
