Yesterday I had the honor of competing at GRIT Pitch hosted by during Savannah’s Small Business Week 2026, where myself and 14 other contestants took the stage to talk about what we’re passionate about, our businesses. Here, I pitched about my business, Stav’s Souvlaki, making the transition from operating in a licensed shared kitchen to scaling into a production warehouse that I’ve recently signed a lease for. I am elated to have been awarded 1st place, and thank you to everyone who made this event happen. Shoutout to the other contestants for taking the stage and showing up everyday for what they’re passionate about.
