Thoma Meat Market is a fourth-generation owned and operated butcher shop that began in 1945, serving retail customers in Saxonburg, PA, and the surrounding communities with the very best in beef, pork, and chicken products. Our butcher shop is federally inspected, and we produce a complete line of our own meat products under the Thoma brand name. Our ingredients come from hand-selected animals fro

m the family farm, local farmers, and livestock auctions. Our processes for making meat products and many of our recipes have been passed down for generations, remaining unchanged. Our store, smokehouse, and butcher shop are still located in Saxonburg, PA, where you can come to shop our products. Over the years, our list of clients has grown to include wholesalers and other retailers in the tri-county area.

We have roasting hogs and roaster oven rentals ready for your next party! The roasting hogs come whole or butterfly and range in sizes from 30 - 160lb. We have everything you need for your pig roast, including 20 # bags of Humphrey Charcoal Briquettes for $16 a bag, along with lighter fluid, sauces, and seasonings! Our ovens are grill-style, making it easy for you to cook the roasting hog on your own! We do not cook roasting hogs, but we do provide easy instructions for you to cook your own!

Not wanting to cook your pig? No worries - we have fully cooked pulled pork in 2 #, 4 #, and 8 # bags (see photo!) You can add the pulled pork in a pan with your favorite sauce and simply heat and eat it!
