Chef , a leader in Indigenous food sovereignty and owner of Wahpepah's Kitchen (the first Native woman‑owned restaurant in Northern California), is currently touring the country for her new book, "A Feather and a Fork".

She’s cooked for the White House, competed on Food Network, earned a James Beard nomination, and continues to champion Indigenous foodways with heart and brilliance.

We are so excited to be partnering with our friends to offer a beautiful night out at the ranch with the bison and featuring a wonderful meal and wine pairing. Details below.

This dinner is truly special. We have always wanted to partner together with Benjamin Lee Bison to create a dinner that really connects you back to the land and celebrates what makes the Great Plains so worthwhile. The elements are pure, untamed, and full of energy. The life that flourishes here is hardy, magnificent, and resilient. Oklahoma bison are the perfect embodiment of the life and elements coming together to work in harmony despite challenges. The menu we have created will be a blend of open flame cooking, cozy fall-forward flavors, and delectable bites that will leave you blissfully content. This dinner will take place November 15th pending we don’t have weather issues. Tickets will be $325 per person and includes a tour of the pasture where BLB’s bison roam, a shuttle ride there and back from OKC, happy hour bites and sips, and live music.
