You need more radish content? We got you! (We literally can't stop harvesting because it is so beautiful) Easter Egg Radish is one of my favorite plants, so vibrant and such a distinct peppery flavor. In a salad? Perfect. Sliced with rich butter and topped with maldon? Even better.

Carrots are flourishing this year, definitely our most successful crop and I'm not mad about it!! Honestly neither is our dog, she's obsessed with these, we alllll love a little treat. A nice healthy harvest and clean on our new wash and pack station today. I'm soo excited to roast these later with some of our sage and honey, a full farm to table labor of love. Drop your carrot recipes if you have, we'd love to give them a try!!

Ryan enjoying a quiet twilight spinach harvest :) It's always best to harvest your greens early in the AM or later at night, when the sunlight is least harsh, ensuring nice crisp produce and optimal conditions for storage. Spinach is regenerative, so this is our second harvest with this crop. We'll give these guys one more round of growth before reseeding the beds.

Have you ever eaten Hakurei? If not, I highly suggest you try some! Hakurei actually translates to Tokyo, where these beautiful turnips derived from. They are so unbelievably sweet and crisp, like biting into an apple on a summer day. The greens on the other hand are a peppery bite, and in our opinion make a perfect garnish. We took this cute package over to our favorite chef and enjoyed them sliced raw with some local honey and rich olive oil, for a perfect little treat. Keep an eye out for these versatile turnips, coming to market soon!

When our land hosts asked if we wanted to expand, you know we had to double down. We spent the weekend moving out the fence line and are cooking up a nice new land scape that will benefit the area. It's been so rewarding watching this land shape shift over time to serve different purpose.
