Busy like little bees in a bee-hive!
Garlic is growing nicely, Romanian Red scapes have been harvested and even sold some to a local eating establishment you may have heard of??? "Marks on the Channel"... Great place to eat, watch the river and check out some pickled garlic scapes!
German Reds are just starting to scape, so looks like my harvest may be staggered alittle this year (we'll see if that's good or bad!) and the silver whites are looking great!
Made up a fresh batch of Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil last night due to some demand for the yummy stuff, so if you've been waiting around trying to decide, now is a good time to let me know you'd LOVE to have your own bottle!
