It’s the second week of our CSA for 2026! These clips are from last season, but show how the work happens in the barn on CSA days. There are lots of moving parts involved in packing and organizing as we get the boxes on the trucks for delivery.

Yesterday, we completed our yearly PCO organic inspection with the help of our newest crew member, Fiona (Ona for short). With the 4-hour long inspection process and week 1 of the CSA on Wednesday, this has been a very busy week!

When she’s not helping with paperwork, Fiona loves exploring the farm and greeting the crew members every morning!

Get ready to pick up your boxes this week on May 27!
Due to a burst of heat last week, we are starting a little earlier than we thought.

Yesterday, we sent all CSA members an email announcing the start date. If you signed up for a CSA share and did not see that email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you did not receive the email, please contact Justine ([email protected]) so that we can make sure to have you on our weekly CSA emails.

Spring is slowly waking up here at Denison Farm, and you can feel the energy building across every corner of the farm 🌱

While one part of the crew is hard at work getting equipment tuned up and ready to roll, the seeding team has been busy laying the foundation for the season ahead. Our transplants are looking strong and beautiful—full of promise for what’s to come.

Behind the scenes, there’s also been a lot of time spent connecting with our CSA members, getting everything in place for another year of fresh food and community.

It’s a season of preparation, patience, and excitement—and we’re so grateful to have you along with us for the journey. Here’s to a productive and abundant season ahead 💚
