Banana Milk Tea w/ Ube Tiger Stripes - Black Tea, banana powder, non dairy creamer or milk, simple syrup & ube stripes from hand whipped Ube paste.

Ube Stripes can be added to any drink to elevate it as well as adding toppings such as boba pearls or popping boba 😍

& of course DONT forget to always shake your drinks before enjoying! 🤎

A little change this week for the trailer schedule. We will open tomorrow Wednesday 9/2 instead of Friday! I’m going to do a little throwback & bring back a few menu items as well as try out some new ones! 💜

9/2 Wednesday Schaller Trailer open from 4PM-7PM!

🇲🇽 Hot Cheeto Birria Balls w/ Consome dip $18
- Our savory birria mixed with Mexican rice, cheese, cilantro, onion, breaded in crushed Hot Cheetos and fried until perfectly crispy. Served with consome.

🇲🇽 Tinga Quesadilla $15
- Flour tortilla filled with adobo chicken, sweet onion & cheese served with rice & beans.

🇱🇦 Pad Krapow $15
— A flavorful Thai stir-fry made with savory ground chicken, fresh Thai basil, garlic, and chilies, served over steamed jasmine rice and topped with a crispy fried egg.
