Smashed between two quesadilla buns. Yeah, you read that right.

The Tinga Smash Burger is August's Burger of the Month — and the bun is a quesadilla. Both of them.

Two smoked bacon and Black Angus patties smashed with smoky chipotle chicken tinga and gooey Chihuahua cheese, stacked with fresh lettuce and zesty salsa verde between two grilled quesadilla buns. Served with cool sour cream for dipping.

A burger where even the bun has cheese in it. That's the whole pitch.

Here's what that actually looks like. On a $100 order at Frato's, $12.25 is tax.

We don't keep a cent of it. We collect it at the register and hand it over.

Our prices didn't change. Walk in on a Saturday and the slice is still $2.99 at the counter — same price it's been since before COVID, and we've been running it for over a decade.

New flavor every month. A full pound of pizza. Technically a little over. We round down.

Everything we control, we've held. The one number that moved is the one we don't.
