There are restaurants you enjoy… and then there are restaurants that completely raise the bar. ✨ 15church absolutely delivered from start to finish. Between the exceptional service, an outstanding summer menu, and their iconic “Confession Hour” offerings, every single dish somehow outdid the last. This is officially becoming a summer staple for me. 🍸🦞

Outside at the bar with Jane, we started with the Golden Tempo, Elixir Verde, and my friend itschriswalrath said it’s one of the best dirty martinis he’s had in a long time — made with homemade pickle brine and their own blue cheese blend stuffed olives. Unreal.

We paired cocktails with composed oysters topped with Imperial Ostera caviar, tuna tartare tacos, lobster tostadas, lobster rolls, and “The Church Burger” from their Confession Hour menu that absolutely lived up to the hype. And somehow… we still had room for the mango tart.

Inside, Bob took incredible care of us while we made our way through the overdressed Caesar, hamachi crudo, gnocchi bolognese, filet with pomme purée, the stunning 15 Church cocktail, Golden Hour, and a Baked Alaska that was the perfect ending to the meal.

15 Church isn’t just dinner, it’s an experience. Exceptional hospitality, thoughtful cocktails, and a menu that makes you want to come back immediately to order everything again. 🤍

Lunch at Don Tequila is always a good idea 🌮✨

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… they have some of my FAVORITE chips & salsa in the 518. 🤌 And if you know me, you know I almost always order the fajitas because the flavor is consistently SO good every single time.

Between the delicious food, fun atmosphere, and great service, this is one of those spots I keep finding myself coming back to. 🌶️🍹

There’s just something about Hudson that keeps me coming back… and staying at WM Farmer and Sons makes it even better every single time. 🤍

One of my favorite parts? You can literally park your car and walk everywhere. Restaurants, shops, coffee, bars, antiques… even the train station is walkable from the hotel which makes for the perfect little getaway weekend.

And if you needed another reason to book a stay… their new menu is INSANE. Do yourself a favor and order the fried chicken and thank me later. 😮‍💨

Also officially obsessed with their newly opened mercantile shop serving up pastries and Hudson Roastery coffee daily. The cutest little stop whether you’re staying at the hotel or just exploring town.

Hudson truly never misses!

If you haven’t made it to Las Margaritas yet… this is your sign 🌮🍓🥭

From the colorful cocktails to the massive brunch plates, every visit here feels like a party. Here’s what we tried:

✨ Dip trio
✨ Soft serve margaritas in strawberry + mango
✨ Lomo Saltado — steak and rice packed with flavor
✨ Birria Norteña — chicken, steak, shrimp + peppers
✨ Mexican flag waffles

And yes… the soft serve margs are just as good as they look 👀

They also serve brunch every Saturday + Sunday from 11AM–3PM and are open daily starting at 11AM! Definitely a fun spot to grab friends, share plates, and try a little bit of everything. 🍹
