The main banquet facility, which comfortably seats 220 guests, features a full wall of windows providing a picturesque view of the river with French doors opening up to reveal a beautiful patio. This newly built facility offers perfect acoustics for your musical hosts, provides incredible photo opportunities for your photographers and a beautiful view for all of your guests. The Manor House is the

perfect place for intimate and elegant weddings, rehearsal dinners, and personal gatherings. The Manor House provides seating for up to 20 guests for a dinner or buffet. Cocktail receptions will allow up to 35 guests. The Manor House is commonly used by our brides and bridesmaids to prepare for the wedding ceremony. With a warm historic touch, the bride can enjoy the hours leading into her special day in comfort. The Terrace tent which is located 30 feet from the river offers a unique atmosphere you will not find anywhere else. Guests are in awe when entering this outdoor facility, with a built in bar, brick floor and calming landscaped creek there is no better way to enjoy a beautiful day or evening. With all weather side walls you can enjoy the seasonal breeze or escape the rain. The Terrace offers all of the amenities needed with a seating capacity of up to 115 guests. Graciously seated on the rich green lawn is a beautiful pergola, anxiously awaiting our bride and groom. Your guests will enjoy the ceremony with the sun shining through the trees and glistening on the water behind you. River Stone Manor has received great praise for the delectable food, personal service and attention to detail. Meet Brett, the Executive Chef of River Stone Manor! After beginning his professional career in Mechanical Engineering, a passion for food inspired him to pursue a new path in the culinary industry. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts & Hotel/Restaurant Management from SCCC, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Resort Management from SUNY Delhi. His diverse experience includes working at Walt Disney World, where he was selected to help open the vegan dining concept Terrace, as well as fine dining establishments such as Prime at Saratoga National and The Century House. In 2024, Brett joined the River Stone Manor team, where he combines his technical background, culinary expertise, and leadership skills to create exceptional dining experiences while ensuring every event is executed with precision, innovation, and attention to detail.

Meet Heather, the general manager of River Stone Manor! Heather began her journey in the hospitality industry at the age of 14, working at a restaurant that later became the site of a business she opened with her mother in 2003. From there, she grew her family venture into a variety of creative hospitality experiences, including food trucks, a mobile bar, and a catering company. Heather joined the team at River Stone Manor in December 2024, and she is proud to lead a dedicated team who is focused on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for every guest. When she is not at work, you can find Heather at home in Queensbury where she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, making and painting pottery, or seeing a show at Proctor’s!
