Jam Junkie Home-made Jams, Jellies and Baked Goods This all started when I went a little overboard picking strawberries one year.

I was looking at 28 quarts of strawberries in my kitchen, and said to myself, "What now?"

I remembered my grandmother, Viola Severino, making strawberry-rhubarb jam with me when I was about 8, and thought it would be noce to honor her memory by making jam. The next think you know, I was bit by the jam bug, and no fruit was safe from being smashed and made into jam. My first year I made 400+ jars

in 16 different flavors. I now make 1000 jars a year, in 28+ different flavors, right my own home kitchen. You can find me at craft fairs, Late August through December in Albany, Schenectady and Saratoga areas on New York. After tasting my jam, you will be a "jam ju**ie" too!
