Wow your friends with Bacon-Wrapped New Potato Bombs! 🥓🧄🔥

Total time: 40 minutes
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients for 4 servings:
12 small new potatoes
12 strips of bacon
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Step 1/4
12 small new potatoes.
Boil potatoes until just tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.

Step 2/4
12 strips of bacon - 3 tablespoons olive oil - 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika - Salt and pepper to taste.
Coat potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Wrap each potato with a strip of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.

Step 3/4
Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange bacon-wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet.

Step 4/4
Bake for 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
