If you’ve been to the taproom over the last week or two, you’ve likely noticed one of our most revered summer pale lagers has returned…On-nomi is back!

On-Nomi - Japanese Style Rice Lager Conditioned on Yuzu - 5.2% ABV. Pilsner malt, flaked rice, Yuzu citrus, and a classic European lager strain come together in a taught, effervescent package. Ultra pale, lean, and crisp as could be; this stunner boasts vibrant notes of exotic citrus with background hints of fresh spruce tips. We consider this the ultimate warm weather thirst quencher, ready for your next mountaintop adventure or firing up the yakatori grill on a summer evening.

Production is ripping right now, and we’re pumping out new beers every week! While you’re getting your On-nomi fix, stock up on fresh cans of Riverine (West Coast Pils), Merlin in Berlin -Blueberry/Strawberry/Raspberry (Fruited Berliner), Tmavé Pekař (13ºP Czech Dark Lager), Off-road Soda (Cream Ale), and Moonpath (Hazy IPA w/Nelson, Krush, Eclipse and Riwaka Hop Kief).

We’ve been slowly building up our non-beer options here in the taproom and there’s quite a bit more going on these days.

A lot of these come from local producers we know well and genuinely love what they do. Cider, spirits, cocktails, kombucha and you may even spot one of our own new creations in there, Zesty Water. More on that one soon. We’ve also loaded up our new reach-in fridge in the taproom with all of these options to-go, so you can grab something for here or bring some home.

Wayward House Scrumpy — Our own custom blend of Franklin, Harrison, Porter’s Perfection & Golden Russet apples, crafted exclusively for our taproom. Available now on draft.
750ml Cider Bottles — Harrison, Old Lunkie, Stone Cutter, Franklin & Farmhouse Dry.
Pommeau — Fresh cider apple juice & apple brandy aged in American oak. Naturally sweet, with notes of caramel, vanilla & honey.

Our final Sunset Show of the summer is this Friday with one of our favorite funk bands in the Hudson Valley — What?

This sextet of best friends brings a deep mix of funk, jazz fusion and improvisational jam to the stage. Powerhouse horn hits, soulful grooves, and ripping keyboard and guitar solos will be sure to send you into another musical dimension.

Drawing influence from the likes of Stevie Wonder, Steely Dan, Vulfpeck, Phish and Snarky Puppy, What? has built a reputation for high-energy shows and ever-changing setlists that keep things spontaneous and keep the party moving. Bring your dancing shoes!

Music starts at 6:30pm and goes till 9:30pm.

Our buds from down the road at Trailhead will be joining us, slinging their burgers and bowls starting at 5pm alongside The Dumpling Wagon — here all day.
