Pierre the Duck, free to good home.

Pierre, a Rouen cross, is a good boy who should not be eaten. He has survived completely free range for 2 years in the farm when most of his flock have been taken out by foxes. He is resilient, watchful, and wise as ducks go.

His current 'flock' of Toulouse/Roman Tufted cross geese are rather less good and rather more noisy and such are being harvested Sunday; so Pierre as the sole remaining poultry currently on farm needs a new pond.

Year old, Idaho Pasture Pigs available as whole and half pigs. Sept Wk1 1 butcher date with SUNY Cobleskill. $5/ # hanging weight, includes slaughter. Buyer to pay processing ($.75/ #, extra for specialty processing). Pigs are roughly 150-250 # live weight eyeballing them.

These are pure bred IPP gilts born on farm last August, raised on pasture since birth with Mom and fed minimal grain. Meat should be deep red, marbled and full of grass fed healthy goodness for you and your family. Located in Gallupville, NY.

These should be 200-250 # by June on a balanced diet over winter and then grass finished for healthy meat for your family in Spring.
