Sometimes, a beautiful sunrise is a gentle reminder from God to slow down and appreciate the blessings right in front of us. ❤️

Life gets busy, seasons get overwhelming, and it’s easy to get caught up in everything we have going on. But even in the busiest moments, don’t forget to pause, take it all in, and thank God for the beauty He surrounds us with each day.

There is so much to be grateful for when we take the time to truly see it!

Twas another busy week on the homestead!
We were out and about working on and off the farm!

Thomas is almost ready to lay down the floor in the freezer and put the panels on the walls!

Not A single pumpkin was missed in the pumpkin patch! That frost knocked down the plants that were still trying to grow!

We donated some Trimlight to Taste of Columbus and made an appearance!

We also got to get away to Tatonka for a couple days and some chilly but great golfing!

This week we take our first two cows to the butcher, have the trunk or treat since it was moved from last week, some lights to put up, and continuing to harvest, and work on the freezer!

We hope everyone has a great week! Only 3.5 weeks until we take our chickens to the butcher!

The ladies laid Felicia a little extra surprise today!

We wish they did that every day!

Apparently some ones fell out of her pocket the other day and the gals thought it would make a good nest!

You never know what little surprises you'll get in a day! But make sure to always look for them!

8 hours of picking pumpkins complete!

Now we are getting them loaded up!

Thank you to Felicia's friend Beth who helped her on Sunday! Without her and Aunt Katie she would still be picking!

Loading them up today would be alot easier if it wasn't so hot! Grateful for that breeze!

We will see alot of you on Thursday at the Schuyler Trunk or Treat!

The Farm drop for the week!

We have been busy this week! And the next is just as busy!

Pumpkin Harvest will be complete on Sunday and we will be able to invite everyone to pick pumpkins!

Harvest has started! The kids want to live in the field with dad and grandpa! And farm wife field delivery has started!

Our chickens are getting huge! You can see in the picture..our meat chickens compared to our egg laying chicks. And they are the same age!

Our pigs go to the butcher on monday! If you ordered a half or whole hog, Felicia will be reaching out Sunday for your cuts!

Our ideas are coming together for a larger Chicken and Hog Shed (no permanent plans yet) but we are starting to gather some bits and pieces!

We have tried to spend as much time as we can outside! Exploring nature, swinging, and picking vegetables from the garden still!

Our beef are getting huge! And December butchering will be here before we know it!

Karen is still being broody and doesn't like Felicia 😂

It's go time!

We have pigs heading to the butcher next week so Thomas has taken some time off from lights to start some more insulating and putting the floor in our freezer!

If you ordered a half or whole hog, stay tuned for Felicia to be reaching out to get what cuts you need!

Harvest is upon us as well! We can't wait to get into the fields!

5 hours and we were so close to done! Felicia couldn't have done it without aunt Katie though!

Thomas mysteriously had another "job" to do today....hmmm

And we had some other visitors too!

We love sharing the farm with everyone! And again thank you to everyone who helped pick!

Another good day and we will have them done!
