Raising animals on pasture to help regenerate the land

We’re a small family farm on the banks of Thomas Creek in Scio, Oregon. We raise meat animals outdoors on pasture and in the brush and brambles of our farm. Through careful management practices such as frequently moving the animals to new areas and not keeping them in one place, we use livestock to clear invasive plants and regenerate soil ecology without any sprays or chemicals and only limited use of gas-powered machinery. Our animals are naturally healthy with plenty of space to roam and forage for fresh greens, mobile shelters from sun and rain, producing pasture-raised meat that is delicious and nutritious.
