ANNOUNCEMENT: We are now accepting SNAP and participate in Double Up Food Bucks, which covers half the cost of your Apple Club share! At Queener Farm we believe that everyone deserves access to local, nutrient-dense food. We have partnered with Pacific Northwest CSA Coalition to make using your SNAP Benefits as easy as possible. Pay for your Apple Club monthly with your Oregon Trail Card food benefits. For shares that are apples only, you may be eligible for Double Up Food Bucks to cover half your CSA cost. For Preserves add-ons, Double Up Food Bucks will cover the price of the apples valued to half the cost of the CSA. This makes providing food for your home even more affordable and stretches your food dollar even further! NEW! Self-serve farm stand is now open! While we eagerly await apple season, we wanted to share our other farming projects with the community.

We have the following available:
- Tomato starts including slicers, heirloom, and cherry
- Hood strawberry starts!
- Blueberry plants
- An array of our own canned jams, jellies, and fruit butters.
- Frozen cider is also coming soon!

Self serve stand is open 7 days a week from 8am-6pm. Payment options include:
- Exact change or check in lockbox
- QR codes for digital payment

We are already excited for apple season this fall! We expect a nice yield on our apple crop and we stay committed to quality with our continued efforts on holistic reduction of pest pressure.

Our Apple Club is a fantastic way for you to enjoy the abundance and variety of our heirloom orchard. Members enjoy a sampling of 70+ varieties of apples throughout the season, with options for delivery in Portland and Eugene or local pickup in Salem and Scio. Our Apple Club follows the CSA model, so sign ups are open now! But what exactly is a CSA and why sign up so early in the year?

The CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) model is highly beneficial for both farmers and community members.

Why it’s a Win-Win:
For You (The Eater): When you join our CSA, the "food miles" vanish so you get peak-season flavor. It’s a great way to discover new types of apples, eat healthier, and know that your fruit is coming from the best PNW soil. You learn to eat with the rhythm of the season—enjoying Redfree apples in August and rich Goldrush apples in November. You as a community member also benefit because you get a guaranteed amount of our upcoming crop. No variable quantities, no calling ahead for stock inquiries - but our cream of the crop set aside just for you!

For Us (The Farmers): Your early support helps us keep our equipment running, pay our year-round employees, keep up with bills/expenses, and prepare the orchard for the upcoming season during a time of year when income is slower. It provides us with the security to focus on what we do best—growing amazing apples! In the traditional food system, farmers take on many expenses or debts in the spring just hoping for a good payout in the summer and fall. CSAs flip the script. Your early membership ensures we can hit the ground running without the financial stress.

This weekend, we are only open for self-serve! There will be no staff at the farm stand this Friday and Saturday. We will just have frozen cider by the pint and pumpkins.

$5 a pint for cider. Call 503-930-8280 for instructions on where to find the freezer.

All pumpkins on the barn porch are $3 each! Any size, any style.

Cash accepted in the lockbox or digital payment can be made by scanning one of the QR codes on the barn door.

Friday - self serve station open. Frozen apple cider available. $15 a gallon or $5 a pint. Call or text 503-930-8280 for info on where to find it in storage.

Saturday - open 10am-5pm. We have pumpkins! Our beautiful new pumpkin field is full of pie pumpkins, large carving pumpkins, and some ornamentals. All are 49 cents per pound. We are not an attraction based patch so it’s perfect for folks looking for a quiet place to grab a few pumpkins to decorate with. We have one wheelbarrow available or you are welcome to bring a wagon.

Apples are available in small snacking quantities. Limit of up to one 5lb box per customer per weekend. $2.50/lb

Cider available by the pint for $5 or by the gallon for $15. Comes frozen.

Open until 5pm today! Belle de Boskoop apples are available in the stand for $2.50/lb. Limit to up to one 5lb box per customer. The BEST apple for pie (in our humble opinion).

Frozen cider available too! $5 a pint or $15 a gallon.
