Current Pricing is $3.85 a lb on the Holstein Cross and $4.00 a lb on the Angus. Butchering fee is $.85 a lb and $20 per 1/4 kill fee. Any questions reach out.

Angus- $3.50 a lb plus butcher fee of $.80 a lb and $20 a 1/4 kill fee

Good Evening just an update on kill dates. Currently I have a 1/4 left on August 27th, then moving on to Sept. I add more, you all fill them up. It is great. Burger update: Those on the list the 2nd batch of burger should be in this week, I will contact you once it is here and ready for pick up. Thank You again for your business

Kill date update- July 9th 1/8th of Holstein Cross. July 23rd- 3/4's Holstein Cross. August 27th- 2 whole steers. Sept 10th 2 whole steers. $2.80 a lb for the Holstein Crosses, $3.15 a lb for Angus plus butcher fees.

Everyone has been waiting for more burger, I should have some hopefully next weekend. I already have a list started. Those will be contacted first. $5.00 a lb for burger, $4.75 a lb over 10 lbs, and $5.50 a lb for patties.

Kill Date Update- August 13- 3/8th of an Angus, Sept10th- 1/4 of Holstein/Cross. Maybe adding more kill dates in the summer, those already on the schedule will get first chance at moving to new dates. Current Pricing- $2.80 a lb for Holstein/Cross, $3.15 a lb for Angus. Butcher fee is $.75 a lb plus kill fee of $75 per animal divided up however many ways. Any questions let me know.

Finally restocked somewhat with beef. To be honest sort of lost track of who all may have wanted some, with the giveaway and holidays, and the butcher taking a while. So, let me know. We will not be having as much here at the farm probably this year. Right now for 1/8's, 1/4's and more we are sold out into April.

Giveaway #2 this hopefully is the big one. Looking for other small businesses that want to donate anything for the giveaway. Want to help support each others small businesses. Giveaway will be Saturday before Christmas. Will go live and pull winners for all donated prizes. So share this, if you own a business please reach out. For your donation we will share, tag and promote each other. Donate what you wish. Hats, t-shirts, whatever. Winners must be willing to be photographered and tagged with the business you won from.

Kill Date update: Dec 19th I have a front 1/4 left, and then 3/8th of a beef. Or a split side (1/4) and an 1/8th. Next date will be January 9th.

Dec 19th- 3 whole can be either will hang for two weeks and be cut up beginning of New Year.

Nov 15- 3/4 Holstein/Cross

$2.70 a lb for Holstein/Cross and $3.15 a lb Angus. Butcher fee is $.77 a lb and then a one time $18.75 kill fee per 1/4. Any questions let us know. 1/8th, 1/4 (split side), half, whole.
