So the event in burk has been canceled!! Do to weather! Sorry for the inconvenience! So I already bought all the meat and fixings for tacos! We will be set up in Scotland today corner of Avenue j and fm172! We’ll be out there starting at 4pm!!! I’ll have tacos de asada and chicken I’ll also have quesadillas and agua de Sandia!! I would like to thank loco for cinco for having us! Even though it didn’t start how we planned it definitely ended great! Thank you to all my customers who showed up! It turned out to be a great night! Shout out to all my kids and son n law! Thank y’all for never leaving me and dad alone we love and appreciate ya’ll so much! I’m so grateful for ya’ll!! I’d also like to give a big thank you to my cousin and her husband from Ramirez tire shop for always showing up with a helping hand! Cause let me tell you it gets hectic in the food industry! I love that and wouldn’t have it any other way!! So again thank you to loco for cinco for having us and thank you to all my customers and a big thank you to all my helpers!! I truly appreciate ya’ll!!

The count down begins 3 days till the loco for cinco and I’m so excited to be doing this! It’s my first year out there so yall make sure to come out and see us and all the great vendors! We will have tacos, quesadillas, and cheese burgers! We’ll have agua frescas, candy’s, and toys! I’ll have squishies and needohs to sale as well!!! Also we’ll be doing a drawing for a needoh and squishy! Every person who purchases food! Will get a ticket and be entered for a chance to win!! Good morning!!We will be in windthorst this Saturday! Y’all come out will be here serving our delicious tacos de trompo, asada, and chicken! Also don’t forget you can also have a quesadilla made with your choice of meat!! We will also have elotes in a cup and nice hot chocolate!! Look who else will be here yup fefe funnel cakes! This will be her first time out to Windthorst. So y’all come out and show her some love! If you haven’t had a fefe funnel cake now’s your chance! They are delicious! I mean delicious!
