On this day, 10 years ago, Dominic stepped foot on Beef Belt ground.... He basically hasn't left since. He's spent nearly 50,000 hours the last 10 years, every day pouring his time, talent and heart into the place it is today. According to the "10,000 hour rule" it takes approximately 10,000 hours of dedicated time to achieve mastery in a particular field. He's certainly done that. From the yard full of buffalo, BLM horses and some cattle in 2015, to full of only cattle today; Dominic's certainly where he's supposed to be and doing what he loves.
