Saison Ale 5.2% brewed with:
Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme

June 2012. My oldest daughter was born, and the emotions of becoming a father for the first time are something I’ll never forget—equal parts joy, pride, wonder, fear, and responsibility. Pretty much every emotion imaginable, all at once.

Not long after, I found myself down the road from the hospital with a glass of Saison du BUFF, a collaboration beer brewed by three incredible craft breweries and featuring parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme. More than a decade later, as a brewer at Last Minute Brewing, that beer still stands out in my memory.

It wasn’t just the unique ingredients or the breweries behind it. It became forever connected to one of the most important days of my life. Every time I think about that beer, I’m reminded of how powerful great beer can be—how it can become intertwined with a moment, a memory, and the people we love most.

So here’s our rendition of one of the most memorable beers I’ve ever had the pleasure of putting to my lips.

The second of our two StacheStrong SMASH beers, brewed to raise funds and awareness in the fight against brain cancer. We’re proud to join more than 400 breweries across the country participating in this incredible cause. The initials on the label honor the memories of Lexi Caviston, Rose Kordish, and Sonny Crotti, while also recognizing survivor Zach Stein, who fully recovered after being diagnosed as a child. Every pour helps support an important mission and keeps their stories alive.

Nelson Sauvin hops bring notes of white grape, tropical fruit, and citrus with a smooth, soft finish in this hazy IPA.
