We have 1/2 (or two 1/4) beef available for custom processing now. Each 1/4 will weigh aprox 190 pounds. PM if you would like to be added to our list. We utilize Weimer Custom Meats for processing. Grilling season is just around the corner. Beef goes for processing soon and will be ready for pickup in early April.
