Got vegetables and got garlic scapes...so delicious steamed or boiled....texture somewhere between asparagus and green beans with the flavor of garlic. Get them through our vegetable CSA. Bring your questions about sowing for the summer and sowing for a fall garden. will go over timing of sowing and harvesting garlic which is planted in Oct and harvested in July....but now is the time to plant shallot bulbs to get quick green onions and lettuce mixes.....and....please join us!
