Have you tried the new Legacy L***r? This delicious Czech Pilsner was brewed to celebrate Western Nebraska Community College’s 100th birthday. 🎉 Ask for a traditional Milko (Czech for “milk”) pour from our Lukr tap, a traditional Czech b**r-serving method where a glass is filled almost entirely with rich, wet microfoam, leaving just a small pool of liquid at the bottom. Who knew foam could be so delicious?!

Henrietta the Porch Goose was at the brewery today to assist on the canning line. While she was unable to provide much assistance due to her short wings, Head Brewer Dan was overheard saying, “she did help a lot with supervision”. Thanks for the visit, Henrietta - Honk! Honk!
