We rescued this colony from a commercial construction project in 2020 and have mostly left them alone. Never fed or treated. Practically feral. Going into their 5th winter.

Our 2 new rescue hives. The newest one is queen less so we put in a frame of eggs and larva from the queen right hive. They can make a new queen from any egg or very young larva. We’ll check back in a week and possibly give them another one.
