Everyone is excited for the cool fall breeze, but the emus and alpacas are still loving the joy of summer. It was 91 degrees today. They enjoyed some splash time!

Our very sassy Taffy Llama got mad at me because I was trying to help her. So she spit on me! 🤢 You know… when you try to interfere in the animal hierarchy on the farm, it can come back to spit on you in the face! Don’t get involved into other’s drama! You’ll end up stinking like the belly of a camelid!

My birthday. 41 here I am.

The farmer’s birthday is coming up soon. We had the opportunity to add 2 new alpacas to the herd. So the farmer’s wife didn’t say “no,” this time! Bryson got two alpacas for his birthday! This is Lucy and Loretta getting to meet the Happy Critters for the first time.

Fall Festival at Elevation Church Ministries was a lot of fun for the Happy Critters. They loved all of the treats and attention they got from everyone who came out today. They are fat and happy this evening!
