If We Disappear from Social Media for a Few Days… Just Know We're Probably Somewhere Among the Flowers!

Occasionally, we go a few days without posting on social media. It's certainly not intentional, but life on a working flower farm has a way of keeping us busy! And while things may seem quiet online, there's usually a whole lot happening behind the scenes at Knobstone Flower Farm and The Venue at Knobstone!

We're already preparing for 2027! We've recently planted over 100 new roses and numerous perennials, investing in even more beauty for our guests to enjoy next season. It's exciting to imagine what these additions will bring to our gardens and grounds!

But don't count out the 2026 flower season just yet! Our fields are still filled with amazing blooms, and we'll continue welcoming guests for late-season u-pick flower reservations until Mother Nature brings our first hard frost. There's still time to enjoy the flowers and take home a beautiful bouquet!

Wedding season isn't quite finished either! We're preparing for our final wedding of the season at the end of October, while continuing to welcome couples for venue tours and making improvements to create even more memorable experiences in the years ahead.

There's always something to plant, something to improve, something to prepare for, and most importantly, someone new to welcome to the farm.

So if we disappear from Facebook for a few days, don't worry. We're still here, probably with dirt on our hands, flowers nearby, and another idea for making Knobstone even more special!

We’re excitedly preparing for a grand wedding reception this weekend—one of those special celebrations that reminds us exactly why we love what we do at The Venue at Knobstone, home of Knobstone Flower Farm.

Our pumpkins have arrived!

We finished our first pumpkin vase flower bouquet of the season last evening—and had so much fun that we made several more this afternoon!

Fall is beginning to show up at Knobstone Flower Farm, and this is a great time to gather a few friends or family members and create a memory together.

Schedule a U-Pick Flower Reservation and turn your freshly picked flowers into a beautiful pumpkin vase bouquet.

Or schedule a Pumpkin Vase Flower Bouquet Class with friends or family and enjoy a fun, hands-on fall experience at the farm.

NEW — "Choose Your Own Class" at Knobstone Flower Farm!

Want to learn something new, spend time with friends, and enjoy the flowers? Our new "Choose Your Own Class" lets you select the experience—and schedule it when it's convenient for your group!

Classes can be scheduled for groups of 2 to 20 people and typically last one hour to one and a half hours. Simply visit our website reservations and choose an available day and time that works for you.

One Hour - $25 per Person
Learn the basics of selecting, arranging, and creating a beautiful farm-fresh flower bouquet.

Blenko Water Bottle Arrangements Class

More Power for What’s Ahead at The Venue at Knobstone!

Another big improvement is underway at The Venue at Knobstone! We recently completed major electrical upgrades, including a new transformer and expanded electrical service to provide the power we need for weddings, special events, and everything we hope to add in the future.

Projects like this take a team, and we have some people to thank!

Jackson County REMC — for working with us on the new service and, most importantly, keeping the lights on!

Phase D Electric — and two very fine Master Electricians, Jacob & Calvin, who did an outstanding job bringing everything together. We highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

Babbs Land Management — for providing the gravel that help us put the driveway back together after all those electrical trenches.

And especially our customers and guests who patiently navigated a torn-up driveway while we made these improvements. Thank you!

And we have one special shout-out...

Brian Wotta, we haven't forgotten how you helped us overcome some of our previous electrical shortcomings during your beautiful daughter Megan's wedding. We're happy to report that along with the electrical upgrade we now have an RV plug!

So Brian, let Kathryn know we're looking forward to having the two of you back for a visit, and this time we promise to have plenty of power!
