This month's Bourbon In The Rough Cocktail Kit deserves the perfect food pairing. Light your Cigar, get to the Grill and let's get started. Cut a fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit in half, sprinkle 1 TBL Brown Sugar on each half of Fruit, soak
face down in 4 oz. Bourbon for 1/2 hour. Remove and place on low grill face side down for 2-4 minutes until the Brown Sugar and Bourbon have caramelized. Serve with any of the 3 recipes from the Bourbon In The Rough Kit. Bon Apetit!
