🌶️HATCH GREEN CHILE SEASON🌶️

This is a true labor of love cookie. If you’ve ever been to New Mexico this time of year they are roasting them all over the state. Luckily we source the Hatch chiles locally and get to work.

😅It’s on the savory side and just a slight kick of heat at the finish.
