Fun new find. High Tide Restaurant in Chandler. We had oysters Rockefeller with Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc. Then shared short ribs, fish and chips, and seabass paired with Jezabel Pinot Noir from Oregon. Food is very well prepared. Service fantastic. Chef even came out to make sure everything was good. We will be back.

What a great find at the Scottsdale Fashion Place Mall. Convenient, great parking and good people watching. Wines by the glass are an easy pairing and the extended list has some good options at a reasonable price. Of course you can spend more if you want. Recommend the seafood options with their whites and most brunch options.

One of the best food and wine pairings ever. 2020 Canvasback red mountain Cabernet Sauvignon with braised short rib and corn risotto. The Flying V out did themselves. This wine is a Washington project of Duckhorn winery in Napa, CA and Red Mountain is its own AVA in the tri-cities WA area.

Found another great wine bar in Rocky Point. Almost all wines are from MX but the staff was very helpful in providing excellent choices.
