Last Friday (Aug 21), Chef Kevin was back at Firefly serving up chicken salad on avocado with sourdough toast point and watermelon salad. It was heavenly!

We met Chef Kevin of Steele Table about a year ago through our friends at Schef's Farm.

And we had a great idea the other day -- let's ask Chef to create a clean and fresh lunch bowl that he could serve up at Firefly.

Chef is ready to unveil his creation tomorrow, Fri Aug 7 from 10am-2pm...

Sous Vide Organic Chicken Breasts, finished with Schef's Farms Microgreen Gemolata, served with preserved lemon & currant basmati rice, Persian cucumber, baby tomato, and sweet baby pepper mint salad, with A2 Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce.

My mouth is watering after typing that...

Closed on 4th 🇺🇸 (grab a glo to go? 🤔)

Happy 250th Birthday America! 🇺🇸🤩 Firefly will be closed tomorrow, Sat July 4th. But we're open today (Fri Jul 3) so you can drop in and grab some freshly canned lattes to enjoy poolside at your BBQ this weekend!

That's right, any barista drink on our menu can be canned with, our without, ice. And stays fresh (in the fridge) for up to 5 days.

Stop in today before 3pm and pick up a 6-pack of something healthy & delicious. 😊
