As America celebrates it’s 250th anniversary, we wanted this year‘s corn maze to be more than a fun design in a field. We wanted it to tell a story. For over 250 years, farming has been woven into the story of America. Long before highways crossed the country and cities filled the landscape, farm families worked the land, planting in the spring and harvesting in the fall. Farmers and their families cared for their animals, their land, and their communities. Farming has evolved over the past 250 years, but something important has remained the same. The land connects one generation to the next, and friends and neighbors together. When you walk through the America 250 corn maze, you are walking through a crop that American farmers have grown for centuries. You were surrounded by agriculture, and experiencing a small piece of the story that began before any of us.
