Butchering is a lot of hard work on a very fast timeline. At our house it's always closed out with a hearty breakfast giving thanks to our livestock and all the helping hands that make this happen. This year's breakfast was buckwheat pancakes topped with Kehoe's Pure Maple Syrup (partially sourced from Bartholomew Farm in PA) with LMF eggs, sausage and scrapple.
