Well, another week, another trial and learn. This was my 1st attempt at making a Gluten-free Sourdough bread using potato flake starter and GF flour.

Y'all, this has been the best way for me to keep our Sourdough (Cinnamon Raisin) and yeast bread fresh (Wonder White Bread) for more than a day or two.

✅️ Since I don't add any preservatives to my baked goods, keeping them fresh is a challenge.🍞

I've put half of each loaf in the glass cake dish and will freeze the other two halves.

Father's Day is coming up and we'd love to make sweet treat boxes for the Fathers in your lives!

We can do 3-tiers ranging from $20, $30, and $40 boxes. Each will have plenty of 'eat me now' treats and possibly some 'freeze me until later' items.

Cookies (mini and gourmet sizes), sweet rolls, stuffed cookies, extra large variety mix of brownies, Oatmeal Cream Pies, Vegan/Gluten-free upon request.
