Clarks Cultures was born in Clarks Summit, PA when the Ry Guy was given his first kombucha culture. After brewing kombucha for about a year, Ryan began sharing some of his creations, not knowing if they would be interpreted well by others. His unsurety was instantly removed after receiving very positive feedback from those who tried his būch and he then decided to take the plunge and create somet

hing positive. Kombucha is a fermented tea, each bottle containing lots of probiotics and enzymes that promote healthy digestion and detoxification. Ry Guy’s Kombucha begins with a mixture of organic, fair-trade certified green and black teas (sourced from India) and organic sugar. After adding a yeast and bacteria culture, the fermentation process creates a unique, tart-but-sweet flavor with a very smooth finish. Each batch is then re-fermented using only organic fruits and herbs to create delicious flavor combinations that appeal to a wide range of palates. Brewed & bottled in Scranton, PA - Ry Guy’s Kombucha is locally made!
