Paper is not the problem. Outgrowing paper is.
Paper works for a while.
A notebook on the counter. A few names. A couple egg counts. A note about who started laying or who needs watching.
Then the system starts spreading out.
One note is in the notebook. One reminder is in your phone. Feed receipts are in the truck. Egg counts are on a calendar.
None of that means you are doing it wrong. It usually means the flock got bigger than the system.
