🎉 Today is 7 years of NJ / New Jersey Based Private Chef Matt Collins 🎊

This last year has been the most challenging 😥

But made a trip out to LA for a dinner with the stance of cobrayama , finally linked with Icarus Brewing Co. , and was nice to work with Literally Eat✨ Chef Re , I did some returns to Kula Urban Farm The Alps and so happy to be cooking with Farmer & Chef Alec Gioseffi at Ninety Acres and The Farm at Natirar / The Natirar Club events .

I’ve had the most thoughts this last year about throwing in the towel and moving to SE Asia or France with TONI 🐸 TAKINI but I feel like The Ram 🐏 in The Wrestler, I don’t feel good anywhere else. And I think I’ll just Die on Stage Hostage Calm style 🎷

I want to thank everyone , even the ball busters who have booked or attended a event, I live in disbelief all the time that this is my Life , and I got a phone call to return to something I once loved but I think I’ve really have to stand by my motto of “Try New Things”

Still Fall/Winter Dates open, I just don’t have any pop ups planned at the moment to announce cause I can’t keep pushing everyone to set things up.
