This is undoubtedly the cutest way to sip your way through the Holy City. Step inside The Veranda Lounge at to pick up your Garden To Glass Trail passport, where you can find the participating bars/restaurants and their featured cocktails.

Order the featured drink at each stop and get your passport stamped! Return your full passport to The Veranda Lounge, and you’ll be entered to win a staycation at The Loutrel + 1/2 off their signature cocktails for the remainder of the year.

This year, the theme is botanical cocktails – I absolutely love The Veranda Lounge’s Strawberry Thyme, and I can’t wait to try all of the other drinks on the list! Cheers, and happy sipping!

Do you know how to make a Mint Julep for the ? 🐎🥃

It’s easier than you think with just THREE ingredients! To your julep cup, muddle:
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 1/4-1/2 oz simple syrup (depending on your preference!)
Then add 2 oz of bourbon, crushed ice, stir until the glass is super cold, and top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a mint spring, and enjoy!

It’s one of the only times a year I’ll drink bourbon - but be warned, Mint Juleps are STIFF! Might not be traditional, but I like to add a little lemonade or sweet tea to mine when no one’s looking. Cheers! 🫡🫶🏼🥂
