👻 It all started with the sausage…

Burnt-end brisket sausage inspired our October Pizza of the Month: the Boo-B-Q Pizza! 🍕🔥

We started with a white sauce base, added mozzarella and cheddar, piled on burnt-end brisket sausage and red onion, then finished it with a BBQ drizzle.

A little spooky. A lot of smoky. Scary good.

Get into the Halloween spirit with a Boo-B-Q at Camp Union Pizzeria this October!

My cousin found this mug at a thrift store in Enumclaw of all places! 🍕 What a random place to find a little piece of Camp Union history! It has Camp Union Feed on it, so it’s definitely an older one.

A few years ago, someone dropped off some old photos of Camp Union Pizzeria when it was the gas station. We now have those hanging in the lobby. We were also gifted a really cool painting from a local pizza fan that is also hanging. We love getting to keep little pieces of CU history around the shop!

Does anyone else have a piece of CU history hiding in their cupboards or collections?! We’d love to see it—drop a picture or memory in the comments! ❤️
