We had a great weekend of demos at Fresh by Brookshire's in Longview!

It was awesome introducing B'Cubs® Voodoo Peanut Sauce to so many new customers. Even better, several people who had already purchased the sauce stopped by just to tell us how much they loved it. Hearing comments like, "It made dinner so easy," and "We're already back for another bottle," is exactly why we do this.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, sampled the sauce, and supported a Texas-made small business. As you can see, the shelves are stocked back up, and now it's time to head back to the kitchen this week and make more sauce!

Spent part of the day bottling B’Cubs® Voodoo Peanut Sauce to restock Fresh by Brookshire’s shelves and displays, while getting caught up on online orders.

It's still pretty cool to see orders coming in from all over. Last week we shipped sauce all the way to Hawaii, which is something I never would have imagined when this started.

Lots of work goes into every batch, but seeing bottles headed to stores and customers' tables makes it worth it.

Our new Pan-Fried Salmon with B’Cubs® Voodoo Peanut Sauce, Medium (Original) recipe is now up on the website, and this one is a weeknight winner.

Flaky pan-fried salmon, fluffy rice or cauliflower rice, and a generous drizzle of that bold, nutty B’Cubs® flavor with just the right friendly heat. It’s clean eating with a little attitude, and we’re here for it.

Back on the road this weekend with demos at FRESH by Brookshire’s in Tyler on Friday, then headed over to Longview for Saturday’s demo. Tyler customers got a little extra treat this time. Instead of the usual cold chicken and pasta samples, I fired everything up hot right at the demo station. Not something I’ll do every time, but customers absolutely loved it.

It was great introducing even more people to B’Cubs® Sauces, seeing the reactions, and turning samples into satisfied customers taking bottles home. I also rolled out a new demo setup that made everything run smoother and look more professional.

After getting back from the road, it was straight into filling Amazon and Walmart Marketplace orders going out tomorrow morning. That’s the reality of small business, long days, long drives, and loving every minute of building the brand.
